Everything about this product is brilliant. This is my 3rd time ordering this product. I’ve already seen differences in my day to day life. I have more energy throughout the day and sleep like an absolute baby. Really really recommend this to anyone who go needs help with any of those things!

Went online and see how to test if this was genuine shilajit.First test consistency (meant to be fairly solid) this product is watery.Second test burn test (should turn to ash) when burnt this did successfully turn to Ash.Third test should no dissolve in alcohol, unfortunately this product did dissolve in alcohol.Feel like I have bought a product that looks genuine due to the packaging, had numerous reviews on TikTok that now I look back on were all commission paid TikToks.Wouldn't advise buying this product as you don't know what it is you are putting into your body.Advise, pay a little more and do research before buying. Found one that had been backed by a nutritionist.

Was a bit dubious about Shilajit, but it gets rave reviews online for helping you sleep better and restoring energy and alertness. Mountain Gold Shilajit has done that in just a few days! Feel like I've had my mojo restored and, as you don't need much per serving, it's great value for money too. Well worth every penny!

I've read various was on how to consume this. Decided just to brave it and pop it under my tongue. Even though it smells like burning plastic, I braved it. For the love of god, it's easily the worst thing I have ever tasted lol. That's not an exaggeration.I've not felt any effects yet, obviously but with the taste of it, I have very high hopes lol. If youre thinking of just taking it on its own, DON'T! Put it in a strong hot drink and stir it well.I will try and remember to report back in a few weeks.

This is the only shilajit I will buy, as the rest of them have been fake, some have even had a smell of bbq sauce.I've done Al the test and it's past with flying colours,, it's really does work wonders makes your labido sky rocket, plus the energy and we'll being it gives you makes this product worth every penny.

The jar appeared to be sealed yet there was resin round the lid under the plastic seal. I took this off and the jar appeared sealed under lid but had been leaking & it was only half full. It smelt awful & tasted worse. It had very unusual taste kind of synthetic not like the previous kind I had tried. In a nutshell I would not put this in my body as there was something really off about it. Down the sink it went. Truly Awful.

Been using this for over a week now and I can really feel a difference in my day to day performance, I don’t think I’ve felt this energetic in a long time with better sleep quality also. I like how easy it is to use also I just mix it with my morning coffee and there is no difference in taste. 30 grams at that price is an absolute bargain!!
