I just purchased a second unit. The first unit lasted 5 years. After about three years the on off switch was a bit squirrely. In the fourth year I was transmitting but not receiving well. Eventually after 5 years it did not work consistently and since we go 20-30 miles off-shore I needed something that worked all the time. The new one works perfect and took only a few minutes to mount.

Nice radio compact for small spaces and revive very good no complaints here.

Radio worked great , used it the whole entire hunting season. This was the only way we had to communicate in the woods . There was no cell phone signal and the radio worked flawless.
