Although these pans do not come with lids, the food does not stick to the pans. When used properly and with the correct utensils, the pans are scratch resistant and versatile. These have got to be some of the best skillets that I've purchased in years. I'm a cook of over 35 years and I wished I'd purchase them long ago. The price was unbelievable and very affordable. These skillets are very sturdy and not light in weight which is a plus. Good non stick coating so I will not have to use much oil if any to sauteed or sear. Non stick spray at the most. I spent a lot of time going back and forth on this cookware set after looking at some of the other reviews but I'm so glad I got these. They work well on my glass top stove, clean super easy, and look great to boot! I haven't had any issues with any sticking to them and I use the smallest pan just about every day. Great for eggs and fish! I'm super careful to use silicon or wooden utensils when cooking, so I haven't noticed any scratches turn up. The small one is perfect for me on a daily basis but I was surprised about how big the biggest one is- if i ever wanted to make a large batch of pancakes or fried rice it'd easily handle it. For the price I was worried about getting scammed- but these feel worth 3x as much as I paid for them. Get them!

I always assume I will need new skillets every 6 to 12 months. Most just don't last that long, so I try to find ones that aren't overly expensive that work well. Boy, did I hit the jackpot with these. They work as well as any of them in every way. They design is simple, but so what? You will simply not get better for the money. More so they'll work just as well if not better than some that cost 3 times this much.

after 6 months of owning them, they have held up and performed well. they are truly nonstick, better than most high end pans.

I don't do a lot of cooking, but these pans are nice and have held up going on 2 years now. No scratches yet. Seem very durable. Work great on my induction stove.
