There are little handles inside the fists to grab onto. They are perfect size for my 2 year old. Great durable quality. They are even big enough to fit my hands

Got these for my sons 5th birthday. He loves them. He is always running around hulk smashing invisible bad guys. They are soft but not too soft, have a nice grip inside to hold onto, and seem to be made of a decent quality foam. Prefect gift for that little super hero in your life!

I purchased 2 sets of these for my boys and they absolutely love them. The only issue is that the lining came out of one set after a week or so. The fit is perfect for my 3 and 5 year old and very affordable.
