I only just started taking this so I can't yet comment on how well it works. I will say the scent is very strong yet rather pleasant, like lime candy. But the reason I'm writing this review is that the packaging was impossible to open. I'm not pregnant, but the thought of all the poor pregnant women out there struggling to unlock this Fort Knox of a bottle makes me feel like, "Don't they have enough to deal with?"I know it's a childproof cap, but childproof caps are easy to open. There was something more going on. I pressed directly down and twisted counter clockwise - no movement. Not down OR counter clockwise. I even tried clockwise. I tried squeezing the sides of the lid. I tried lifting up. At first I thought there was a plastic seal, but the seal was underneath the cap. The plastic is so thick and rigid, it's not flexible at all.I used a paring knife to try to pry open the top. After two days of very little progress, I finally used an electric drill to carve a triangle in the top so I could pour out the capsules. Then I transferred them to an old glass jam jar since the plastic bottle was destroyed. I still have no idea what went wrong — this has never happened to me before. I googled to see if the company had any tips or if anyone else has complained, but I found nothing.So good luck opening the bottle! Hopefully the reward is worth it.

We didn't have a chance to try this item. When it was received the tamper seal was compromised. Weak or no glue during the manufacturing process? After unscrewing the lid, the seal was literally half in the air. Could smell like the pills inside kinda disintegrated a bit due to long-term heat and air exposure.Better not risk it. Going to have buy elsewhere.
