Been using for 6 months on a new baby. NO rash and not diaper changing over night (wet diapers).

It works alright as a bottom paste, but it is brown so it is very confusing when checking the diaper. I prefer Desitin because it applies more smoothly and is easier to squeeze out of the bottle. This paste is very thick and oily.
