Tastes amazing
One of the best matcha’s I’ve tried, it makes a very rich and creamy matcha latte, a little pricey for what you get but worth it for the taste

The tin is tiny not like the picture
Was shocked by the tiny size of the tin, the picture display is clearly magnified several times to mislead when purchasing. The real rub is then even though it’s bought via prime No return is allowed. Still goingg to demand a refund, under UK consumer law,

The MOLLE sheath is of exceptional quality. Very happy with my purchase.
1. Sift 1-2 scoops of Ummon matcha into a bowl or chawan. 2. Add 2-4 ounces of warm water (around 70-85°C or 158-185°F) to the bowl. 3. Whisk the matcha and water together using a bamboo whisk (chasen) in a back-and-forth motion until frothy. 4. For usucha (thin matcha), serve immediately after whisking. 5. For koicha (thick matcha), use more matcha and less water, and mix thoroughly without frothing.
