I purchased the Blaupunkt SBA20 Pro 25W soundbar in July 2025, and overall, I’m quite happy with it. The sound quality is clear and balanced, with decent bass for its size. The 2000mAh battery lasts well for casual use, and the RGB lights give it a nice modern look.Connectivity is easy — I tested it with my laptop, phone, and TV, and pairing was smooth every time. The AUX and USB options are very handy too. I got the packet in open condition, the delivery boy said that to take the delivery and if there is any defect in the speaker l can always return it. This was a COD delivery and while making payment by paytm the delivery person said that the Amazon payment system not working and to make payment in his personal account for onward payment to Amazon.Further after installing the speaker it turned out to be defective as the bluetooth and sound was not working properly and cracking sound was coming. I then put a request for return or replace for the item to Amazon on next date guy came and took the item without giving any acknowledgement to me as they said that the iternet system notI received my package in an open condition, and the delivery person advised me to accept it, assuring me that I could return it if there were any defects. This was a Cash on Delivery (COD) order, but when I tried to pay via Paytm, the delivery person claimed that Amazon's payment system was down and requested that I transfer the payment to his personal account, which he said he would forward to Amazon.After setting up the speaker, I found it to be defective—its Bluetooth functionality wasn’t working properly, and the sound quality was poor with cracking noises. I immediately requested a return or replacement through Amazon. The next day, someone came to collect the item, but they didn’t provide any acknowledgment, saying their internet system was down and I would receive it later.It has now been four days, and I haven’t heard anything from Amazon or received my refund.
