Worth every penny
Works flawlessly and the ability to turn the RGB lights on or off is a plus. I use this for the Asus Rog Ally X and I in have it setup as a multiplayer machine with 8bitdo ultimate 2 controllers to do some gaming with my son and it's excellent. Highly recommend this for multi connect functionality. Portable, worth the amount and the design is well made.

Good dock, with a minor bug
I got this dock to pair with my ally X. I chose this one because I wanted the hdmi 2.1 and 120hz refresh rate. And overall it delivers a good experience the rgb lights are cool if your into that. I turn them off as soon as it’s plugged in. The size of it is great I didn’t want a giant dock with a giant power supply. It’s easy to throw in my backpack on the go. The pass through charging is good. The only issue I really had was when I use this dock only sometimes it will act like something is being connected to my ally. As in you will get the windows “du dun” sound letting you know you connected something over usb. The it will repeatedly make the disconnect sound and reconnect over and over. It’s not always that it does it. I usually disconnect the cable and reconnect them and it will go away. Overall I do recommend the dock.

Cheapest expensive dock
It works, and works well. But man is it flimsy, the plastic piece to "hold" your handheld can just barely handle the weight of a steam deck and is only "able" to hold the legion go due to the sheer willpower of the support nub on the bottom of that plastic piece. If you even look at it funny, it falls backwards.Flimsy, ugly, plugged it in to use one time and immediately started looking for shell swaps I could 3d print for it, but alas there are none, so it stays hidden away unused. I feel like if you are gonna offer a premium dock, you have GOT to make it out of premium materials, and tbh the most premium material on this thing is the rubber grip on the bottom (I love it and it's the smoothest texture I've ever experienced in my life)RGB does not equal premium. But hey, vrr works.

The Ultimate Dock for Steam Deck and ROG Ally – Worth Every Penny!
This JSAUX RGB Docking Station is an absolute game-changer for my Steam Deck OLED and ROG Ally setup. The 12-in-1 design is incredibly versatile—everything from 4K@120Hz HDMI and DisplayPort to Gigabit Ethernet and USB 3.2 ports works flawlessly. I was especially impressed with how seamlessly it handles high refresh rates on my external monitor without any lag or hiccups. The SD/TF card slots and the 3.5mm audio jack are nice quality-of-life additions that make this dock feel truly premium and all-in-one.The RGB lighting adds a slick touch to my desk setup without being too over-the-top, and the build quality feels solid and durable. It’s compact enough to fit neatly on my desk yet powerful enough to replace a handful of separate adapters. Whether I’m gaming, transferring files, or just working with multiple peripherals, this dock keeps everything running smoothly. Highly recommended for anyone with a handheld console who wants maximum connectivity with zero compromise.

Does what it "says on the tin"
The docking station does what it says in the description. The main reason I was looking for this docking was station was to use an ROG ally with a portable display and be able to also power that display on a single usb-c cable. I also had an external SSD that I was trying to use for gameplay on the SSD. You can in fact do this, but definitely test this capability. The ethernet jack and SD card reader are pretty sweet too. The rgb setting can be turned off, but if you unplug the dock, I believe the settings aren't saved. Overall a nice piece. As an extra test, I wanted to connect dual monitors. Though these use cases are possible, there is an issue about passing the correct screen resolution through a docking station in certain configurations. I'm unsure why in certain conditions the native screen resolution of 1080p doesn't work properly if you are also supplying power across a docking station and trying two monitors. I have tried 4 different monitors, 5 different usb cables and 4 different docking stations, as well as combo adapters. This is not a point against this docking station in particular but if you have specific needs, just make sure to test them. Regardless, this piece is nice for having one host usb-c and 2 other usb-c ports.

Not a bad buy
Looks amazing, product works as it should and I won’t punish the review for it but I tested it out using my steam deck and did see a drop in frames starting form 60 dropping to 12 and that happened trying several different games such as but not limited to:Death strandingResident Evil 2 RemakeOuterworldsI’m going to chock it up to my system versus the product.
