I have been taking these for about 5 days now and I believe they are working. I was having hot flashes. The majority would happen at night but maybe one or two during the day. I haven’t had ANY/NONE in the last few days. I am already taking DIM and Maca Root but was still experiencing them. I added this and I’m sleeping through the night and my body temperature just feels regulated. ORDER THEM!!!!

These have been a game changer for me. They’ve helped with my night sweats and I don’t feel as edgy since I’ve been taking them. These have really helped with Menopause and my husband can tell when I forget to take them. Haha.

Got these on my sister's recommendation. She said it would take 1-2 months to see any type of improvement or reaction, but I I noticed a reduction in night sweats within 3 days. However, when I whiched from taking them in the morning to at night, my night sweats returned. So I recommend taking them in the morning. Flavor isn't bad, but not great either. Wouldn't eat them for fun.

Love these gummy’s love the taste and how soft they are and this is the only thing that works I got really bad menopause so hot flashes are much better and mood is better too it took a month and a half to work fully but it started helping within the first week like I said I got pretty severe menopause and it’s working for me don’t give up it’s got to build in your body UPDATE I’m on my 3rd bottle I now have no symptoms and my hot flashes were every few minutes almost like labor contractions so this will work for u but u need to take everyday

I've been taking these for 2-3 months now, I am ok with the gummies and no problem with taste, but they are supposed to help with "belly weight" absolutely no difference. I do watch what I eat, small exercise routine, lots of walking and I even cut out soda (this was not easy). Was just trying to help with the "meno apron" sadly nothing, cost like some other ladies have mentioned also a factor.

well i just got them I know some say the taste is bad but i like it not to sweat and it chews up fastly. Im praying that they work i have been dealing with hot flashes and night sweets so bad i feel like i cant take it anymore, my doctor wants to do this do that before she will give me anything so im only hoping this will work i dont want to take anything i cant read lol.
