I have been using the office book for a long time and wanted to get one for myself. Great that I was able to find it. For all the copywriters who are starting and who want to brainstorm (not with AI), it is definitely recommended.

Fantastic Book for understanding the Art and science of writing amazing copy-a must buy!

As an aspiring copywriter coming out of college, I bought this book as a way to help me learn the art of copywriting so I would be confident when applying for jobs. It did not disappoint! The book features so many fantastic copywriters and their ways of coming up with a fantastic ad. I learned so much from this book. I recommend this to any college student or beginning copywriter wanting to perfect their craft.

Nice but small.

Great book on copywriting. The book highlights many famous copywriters in the advertising industry, featuring their points of view as well as their work. It mainly focuses on traditional print and outdoor advertising. There are several political ads, mostly from the UK and many public service ads, some of which are a little difficult to view- which is the point. Overall, the book is very inspirational and if you are a fan of adverting, hard to put down. My only criticism is that the book is small and proportionately, so is the type. Taschen books are always nicely designed but art direction won out over function with small, grey body copy, making it a little difficult to read. And ironically, the book is about writing. Otherwise, as mentioned, great and recommended for aspiring copywriters.

Very much enjoyed this book, the knowledge it shares, and the insight into some of the greatest copywriters within its covers. Would recommend.
