Sleep improved
Great magnesium product. As expected, it dried out the skin on my feet but a good moisturizer post application sorted that. Sleep and anxiety improved. Good for muscle aches also

You can feel it working!
So this is a very good product. It is a little itchy after a while but that means you need the magnesium so it's all good. No nasty residue and it smells nice. I would recommend.

... a bottle and they said it was a lot better no itching or rashes - it pays to check ...
I got this one as it pure not scented or anything and has calmed my leg cramps down some what - someone else at work got a scented one that has a big list of additives and it caused them to itch and rash - so i gave them half a bottle and they said it was a lot better no itching or rashes - it pays to check for additives

Good product
Warning , when apply on feet , dissolve it with water. It is strong and works fast. Follow guidelines and do research before applying.

Bit disappointed
They arrived well packaged, and they were easy to use spraying on our feet.But I found that they felt clammy afterwards, like when you go in seawater and you don’t rinse off. I then realise that’s exactly what I was meant to do, spray it on for awhile and rinse it off, for me this was disappointing as I had planned on spraying it on our feet and leaving it on to soak in while we were in bed. The result of this has been that we’ve ended up not using them.

Use little amount for maximum effect
Really love this product. Experienced tingling the first few times I used it. Had a great night sleep each time I use it. I don’t use it regularly maybe once a week. I put it on the soles of my feet - 3 sprays on each. Rub in and pop socks on. Do not walk barefoot after using as it makes your feet slippy. I also sprayed under my arms & washed off after 30 minutes (recommended as deodorant) to trial. I was impressed it worked but I think better to stick to using it in the evening as it has a resting effect on the body. Wouldn’t recommend on sensitive skin.

It did not say that this product has to be washed off after 20 mins which is difficult for me
