Batman game is missing
So far the product is very good. The only dispute I have is, Batman is not available for free as mentioned in the ad, please resolve this for us

Missing Promotional Content with Meta Quest 3S
I purchased the Meta Quest 3S, which includes the Batman: Arkham Shadow game and a 3-month trial of Meta Horizon+ as part of the promotion. However, I have not received either of them.

Loose joystick
Controllers have an issue. I recently bought it and the controllers already have loose joystick issues

The tracking system was terrible I couldn’t play much because it kept losing tracking i don’t recommend
