After years of using desktop PCs, I finally decided to try a laptop, and I’m glad I found this one. Amazon had a solid deal on it, and so far, it’s meeting (and even exceeding) my expectations.The setup was smooth, the screen looks great, and it feels snappy for everyday tasks.The only thing I’m not a fan of is the touchpad—I’ve never liked them—so I added a USB wireless mouse, and that fixed it for me. Otherwise, it’s lightweight, quiet, and portable. For the price, it’s been a great buy.

Best computer ever works well for gaming, and fast paced and reliable charging

Budget laptop with a full Windows 11 OS and a lifetime Microsoft Office suite. This is replacing a 15 year old laptop for grandma, so the bar was pretty low. Overall, I'm very happy with my purchase.

Glitchy piece of junk. Most frustrating is how th touch pad enlarges the screen so many important tools and buttons are off screen and impossible to get to. Causing extra time to start over on new tabs.Now it has been over a month and the manufacturer offered an $80 refund which is absurd. Why would I accept to pay anything for a computer that doesn't work? Beside the"pinching" problem from the touch pad and that it is irreversible and I've tried all suggestions to fix that, the camera doesn't work in any application. I can't have meetings on this computer because the camera doesn't work and I can't do product videos because the camera doesn't work.I contacted Amazon today since the manufacturer hasn't tried to solve the issue to my satisfaction and was informed that the return policy expired on May 4, even though I've been reporting this problm since I received the computer. The solution is either to replace the computer or give me a total refun.

Laptop was exactly as described. Simply plugged in laptop and was able to use immediately. Very satisfied with purchase.

I love it. It's so cute when technology greets you. I turn on the laptop and it said hello. Idk why I find that cute. Anyway....it's fabuloous~🎶!Firstly, the packaging omg. Very well thought-out and organized. It's so cute when little things come in little envelopes. It was either the directions or the "Activate one year warranty" paper or both that was in there.I don't have much to say about the pc except it's easy to use. It's better than the previous computers that I've tried and had to return. I love this computer very much. I hope it lasts long and I hope the charger doesn't fail me. If it does, I hope it'll be within a year.One gripe is that I have to charge a lot of times bc the battery doesn't last too long. Why did my school Chromebook last longer than this pc. That Chromebook went through battle and the battery always last long lol. Like 10+ hours I swear. I presume because more things are running cuz it's a pc after all but it's inconvenient when the battery goes down quickly. From 100% to 0% it's like 2-3 hours. And when it hits 10% it goes down to zero in like 4 minutes. If you go out, definitely bring the charger with you.[I made a video of the pc but the file is too large.]

Works well. Only problem is the indicator lights for the Caps Lock and Num Lock keys are not on the keys, but in a row above the keyboard.Good value for the money.

Just received and time will tell. So far it works very well. Setup was quick and easy. I was able to transition my information from my old computer without any problems. It's lightweight and easily portable.
