I am very satisfied with this product. It is compact enough and discrete to keep on my counter. The item heats ups correctly and it makes the most beautiful warm and cold foam. Regardles of it being made of glass, it is quite sturdy and easy to clean. It is also quite easy to use.

I absolutely love this! It’s an efficient and convenient addition to my morning routine. I wanted to stop using the microwave to heat my drinks while still being able to froth them. This device is the perfect size and is very easy to clean.

So hubby and I LOVE this frother, however after about 3 months the heating element stopped working. To their credit, the seller gave a refund and we're currently using a new unit so fingers are crossed this one lasts because being able to have our hot frothy lattes has become my favorite part of the morning!

Worked for a month and then quit frothing. I tried cleaning the whisk, replacing the whisk and went through the troubleshooting steps, still nothing worked. Very disappointing.

I have had several different type of frother, from nespresso, machine steam wand, and other companies. The one I’ve been using at the office needed to be replaced so was looking for something quiet frother, with spout (hate spills), and found this one. I wasn’t sure if I would like it, but turns out this fit very close to what I was looking for and am pleased it’s the product so far. It’s quiet and light weight, the milk foam is dense, the buttons are easy and user friendly, and best of all, it’s glass so it’s visually easy to see what happening. Bc it’s glass, when you wanna make hot chocolate or tea latte, you can visually check what’s happening with the drink. It seems well made, not flimsy or cheap looking. For the price you can’t beat it.

This little frother/milk steamer is a tank! Amazing quality foam, fast steam time, small counter footprint, and easy to clean! I have no regrets whatsoever and would definitely repurchase.
