The cleaning performance is highly efficient — it navigates smartly, covers all corners, and handles both dry and wet mopping with ease. The suction power is strong, and the app control adds great convenience.A special mention to Mr. Arjit ji, who provided a very clear and helpful demonstration. His explanation of the features, usage tips, and maintenance guidance made the setup and usage extremely smooth. The product was really nice w.r.t quality and performance. It has created a good comfort at home instead of depending on Maid.Mapping: Product really mapped the whole house with good precision and didn't leave any area behindMopping : The mopping quality of this product is good and the charging is also is fastVacuum : The suction power is adjustable based on the need and it cleans the home perfectlyApp features : App is really nice, I can go anywhere else and make sure the robot cleans the house before I come to home.The technician has helped us to understand the product better and explained the features and on how to maintain the product to get a long lifetime of it.

Been using this robovac for a week. So far so good. Initial setup was not difficult and the mapping got done on the first attempt. The device has been fine tuning the map after every use. We use the Robovac to supplement our maids cleaning as we have a pet in the house.The device gets stuck on thinner mats and carpets and will be unable to vacum them. A demo was arranged by the company where all components and working of the device was explained. Suryadev seems competent and explained everything well. Note the floor cleaner is not shipped with the package and has to be ordered separately and was not available on Amazon at the time of this review.Will update this review if any major issues crop up.

A very intelligent cleaning robot. I'll give full marks to quick mapping of the area and features to isolate areas and the robot actually performing as per the map and scheduling. The app can be a little more user friendly to mark isolation areas and for some spot cleaning and other options. Hopefully these should be improved with time. Also accessories are a bit costly but that's true with most robots. These things need maintenance and upkeep if you want them to perform to their potential. Largely very satisfied with the product.

Installation and Demo: The entire installation and most of the setup is simple and hardly takes any time, can be done by yourself. However like it is with all new appliances - there will always be questions and doubts.Service Tech Mr Umesh Kaddam attended for the demo, he was very polite and calm, with good knowledge of the product. He was able to answer all my queries to my satisfaction.It has been a week since the Bot has been put into service, and i have to say it seems to be doing the Job well.
