Better than Baha (celtic) Salt and its more cheaper. IMO!
I believed using it for over a month. Taking them as full capsule was to much for me. I got side effect liked my upper normal 90’s heart rate what i did cut them in 3 quarters. And take morning and evening. Heart rate went back to normal. Size of the capsule normal and value for the money is great. Quality and effectiveness definitely work. Of course the taste is salty. You know that your body normalize. I cant say definitive in energy levels. I got other supplements taking care of that. ie: creatine, eaa and methyl B-complex.

Impossible to swallow
These tablets might have all the minerals you need to supplement your diet. However, because of their size and their rough surface, I found them impossible to swallow. Breaking them into pieces creates small bits, all with sharp edges and a rough surface making them still very uncomfortable to swallow.

I don’t like the taste of the mineral. I would prefer it in the capsule form. The tablets dissolve immediately in the mouth, and the taste is not pleasant.

Essential Trace Minerals
As a start the BBE is 08/2026 so they have a good shelf life.They are quite large and abrasive so I highly recommend having it with a fluid to make it easier to swallow.There 90 tablets included and they recommend two per day taken with as meal so they should last 45 days or ultimately as it's your choice you can make the last up to 90 days.They include many trace minerals but you should always contact a medical professional if you have any doubts.The tub was also sealed for peace of mind.

Warning: Risk of Choking These Are Very Difficult to Swallow!
I’m really concerned that these Horbaach Trace Minerals tablets could be dangerous. They are very hard to swallow, and on three separate attempts, I got one stuck in my throat! This has never happened to me before, and after 60 years of taking pills, I’ve never had trouble with any size or shape of tablet.I also wonder if I actually received a substandard bottle. The bottle is made of clear plastic, while the listing shows a dark amber bottle (which is typically used to protect supplements from sunlight). Additionally, the bottle was only half full. I counted the tablets, and there are 90, but I find the empty space a waste of resources. There was also loose powder at the bottom of the container (please see my photos).As mentioned, these tablets are very difficult to swallow. I tried cutting them in half, but they partially crumble into dust and have an unpleasantly bitter taste.Unfortunately, I cannot recommend these tablets and believe they should be removed from the market until improvements are made to make swallowing easier.For transparency, I'd like to clarify that I am under no obligation to write a specific type of review. Don’t take them with coffee
If you’re like me and shove all your supplements in your mouth and down them with a not too hot gulp of coffee then these might not be for you. These dissolve really fast and caught me off guard. In fairness I know now not to do that but it’s a slight inconvenience.Other than that these are pretty good. They have all the right stuff in at a price in par with others. The bottle seems to have the right amount in but is barely half full. Strange but doesn’t take away from them.We added these to our daily supplements and so far things have been all good. I can’t say I’ve noticed a change but I’d imagine these are more behind the scenes. Whilst I’d probably not buy them myself, if they’re something you take them these seem fine
