I wasn’t sure what to expect, but this Blue Hawaiian flavor is actually really good. It’s light, a little tropical, and doesn’t have that weird aftertaste a lot of sugar-free drinks have. I like it best cold, but it’s still solid at room temp if I grab one on the go.It gives me a clean boost of energy without making me feel jittery or crashing later. I’ve already bought it more than once—definitely my favorite Monster flavor right now.

Delicious quality and really yummy flavor on top of it. The box never is banged up when I get it either. But most importantly…….. this stuff works better than Miralax when it comes to helping one have bowel movements. It’s absolutely incredible.
