Where's the power jack? For the Money all parts should be included.....
Bought this for my Boss to secure files in a cabinet. He has used it twice and the batteries are dead and we cannot get into the files. Instructions say to plug in power jack and install new batteries? There is no plug to plug in I see the hole in the front under the finger pad but there is nothing supplied to plug into this to give the unit power to unlock."It was good the first two times it work" - My Highly upset BOSS...
