SOS… Be aware
Please know the product is wonderful but the packaging is frightening… The seal that they put on the edge of the top of the bottle, now adheres to the very top of the cap so the product is exposed and Sadaf doesn't guarantee… I've spoken with them in person and very disappointed… So I've turned it over to the consumer department and health department

Perfect seasoning mix for Lebanonese style minced meat kebabs
This stuff is fantastic, I’ve used it for making kofte kebabs multiple times and gives such a unique Levantine flavor profile to your meat. I highly recommend adding chopped flat-leaf parsley and grated onion - delicious!

Not what I was expecting
This is good, but I have used seasoning from this brand in a larger packet that I like better. I wasn’t able to find it.The inner seal was not attached to the plastic jar. It didn’t seem as flavorful as I was used to. Not sure what the difference is.
