According to your instructions, you apply one coat which will creep or spread to cover the interior of your frame. This is easy because of the radial spray tip. According to your instructions, turn the can upside down and spray until clear. For cleaning the tube, your instructions read as follows IMPORTANT: To prevent clogging, after each use, invert the can and spray a few short blasts to clear the valve. Spray PRE or solvent through extension nozzle to clean.

I see no reason why it would. You’re not altering the frame but coating it for rust prevention that should have been done in the first place.
