Q: Is there a complete description or list somewhere to compare all the different flavor of raw honey blends from texas, georgia, california, etc?

The honey in each bottle is a blend of several different honeys to create our proprietary Nature Nate’s blend with complex and nuanced flavor. If a state is listed on the front label then the majority of the honey in that bottle is from that state.

Q: What is the difference between the 32oz honey labled "Texas" and the 32oz honey without "Texas" on the lable?

I suspect one is bottled in Texas. A local honey manufacturer in Winchester told me, "If you want local honey you need to buy it from someone that has hives. 90% of the honey sold in the US comes from central and South America" The differences in honey come from the flowers they visit. So, "clover" honey should be from an area near the hives is about 100% clover. I was happy with my purchase.

Q: What is the difference between the honey with white caps and orange caps, is there a reason why they have different caps now?

I'm pretty sure the honey is the same regardless of the cap color they both have the same ingredients listed on the bottles which is 100% pure raw honey maybe it's just a factory thing on packaging 🤷♀️

I don't know where to get such a list unless you made it yourself. I do know this honey is delicious. It is 100% pure, raw and unfiltered, BPA free and comes from Texas. I have been buying it for several months now & will continue to buy it, it is so very good.
