The book was in good shape, and I especially like the chapters with things for babies and children. A couple chapters are a bit old-fashioned, which some might prefer...

I can never get enough cross stitch alphabets, so this book was very handy, with several very pretty projects and ideas. It will appeal most to lovers of florals and also has some iconic historical alphabets.
