the advertisement is misleading - caption shows the trike. I received a rain cover for a trike. No where in the ad did it stipulate that the price was for just a rain cover, the ad clearly states as above Q Play Rito Folding Trike Grey I would like to return it please

I too was misled by the advertisement, the picture clearly shows a trike as does the description, however I also have received a rain cover, nowhere in the description does it say about a rain cover, I would like to receive the item as described.

Great bike but I've taken it back to store twice now, once for replacement and second to replace broken parts. Specifically issues with the buckle, friends have also had the same issues. I wouldn't buy online due to this. Other than this the bike is brilliant, if they supplied replacement straps maybe this makes up for the shortcomings, but for over £100... Gotta do better
