Dodgy
Just occurred to me...full adult daily dose is 400mg...these hardly reach that in 3 huge capsules! So you basically need to take all 3 at once as the best time for it to be absorbed is night time....also stinks like mold.Something feels off abt these, the label is glued on untidy and uneven...never again

Very large.
Didn’t seem to do anything. I bought them to relieve my RLS, they had absolutely no effect! Maybe they would work for other people, I don’t know.

Don’t waste your time
Awful- I went back to read reviews from others and the item was no longer in stock. I want my money back as I recommend this awful product to a friend as well.

Good product easy to swallow which is why I bought this one.

Helps with anxiety
At 200mg per smallish round tablet it’s a decent dose of magnesium. I can feel when it kicks in and when it wears off - it lasts me 4-5 hours. I take it for menopausal related anxiety symptoms, eg faster heart rate and a restless feeling, slightly twitchy muscles. Half an hour after taking this all symptoms are gone. It also helps me sleep. Decent number in the pot too so it lasts quite a while. No digestive disturbance for me. I will definitely be buying again and will keep plenty in stock at home, car, handbag etc!

Good Quality
a good product, since no by-products are contained. However, Magnesium Citrate is very quickly absorbed by the body, was an advantage in a vitamin D3 cure is. Since my vitamin D3 level is now well adjusted, a magnesium glycinate, because it is gradually absorbed throughout the day, would now be beneficial. However, I can recommend this magnesium with a clear conscience.
