Just getting back into the hobby again after quite some years doing other things. So, having purchased a number of vehicle kits in various scales, all of which are an intermediate skill level, I compared the various sizes. Having compared this kit to a 1/35 scale kit, for example, I have come to the conclusion that 1/42 scale is just too small a size to really display as a stand alone vehicle model. It's an odd scale too, that dose not really lend itself to anything like a diarama display ,etc. It's an okay kit, but the quality of the mouldings are not well defined, which is due to the 1/42 scale. Lots of mould marks and flash to remove, which is a bit too fiddly for my 55 plus year old eyes to cope with. I suspect this kit is a very old re-relese, due to the quality issues. In conclusion, can I say it is worth the money? I will have to say no, as it is just too small as a stand alone model. The quality is not great and, therefore, I think you will be better spending your money on a 1/35 scale kit, as a minimum size, if you are building cars or trucks. I thought it is cheap enough to try, as I have not seen this scale before now, but it is not a size that lends itself to anything real, in my opinion. I will look at this kit, still unmade, on my kit stash shelf for some time, trying to think what to do with it. It's not a great deal of money to spend, but, at least, I have the some redress in knowing that, in some way, I have helped others not to wast any money on this, or other kits in this oddball scale. Not even worth the bother of packing it up and sending it back to Amazon.

Very basic and an odd scale - no decals in box and no rubber tyres, despite having to break seal on box, so the point of assemble is to plain, Amazon wants old model back which I had gone to trouble of sending and priming so of use to no one including myself, this is my first Hller kit Quality is not there and other modelers have also mentioned missing parts, so tbh I buy the other brands
