Works as advertised
I obsessed a lot before purchase as I recently acquired a heavy Les Paul and I’m an old fart with shoulder and neck issues. I bought a competitor and returned it. This strap does the job. Very comfortable, distributes the weight evenly and away from the side of my neck. Happy with purchase .

Very Comfortable
I bought this strap to use with my 9 lb bass guitar. It worked great and helped ease the weight load. I gave it 4 stars for craftsmanship because it has plastic rings on it instead of metal and it has a tendency to stretch a bit under weight (not a big deal- trust me). So far, it works well and is holding up great. I currently use it on my backup bass guitar (a Hofner HCT 500/1 violin bass) and it pairs nicely. Also, it helps keep the bass more "in place" (from shifting). I definitely recommend.

Lightweight, comfortable & affordable
The individual cells make the strap comfortable. Starting to play at an advanced age & my Fender Bass is quite heavy and uncomfortable with the leather strap I had from a guitar. After putting on the air cell strap it is 90% more comfortable.

Not bad but not perfect for me.
The earlier version of this review implied the strap was not the right shape or size to be a bass strap, I was wrong about that. But I am still not comfortable when using the strap. The padding is not bad, not great, I have to shift it around to even out the pull. there is a plastic smell and feel. it gets hot and damp. I have regrets.

Very comfortable strap, but one exception!
I really love this strap because it's so comfortable. I hate to return it, but it's just way too long.

Strap isn't long enough
Seemed like a good idea at the time. The price isn't cheap.. Tried it on and it's too short. I play my bass low by my hips. Sending it back to Amazon

Comfy, but smell will kill you
Got the strap today, and it is very comfortable. However, the rubber smell out gas is so bad that your lungs will actually burn and you will feel sick.I will let it air outside for a few days, and if the smell does not go away I’ll have to return it.More than a month later and sitting outside in the hot sun, and it still smells toxic. Do not buy!

Chemical smell. Light headed
Awful chemical smell coming from strap, makes me light headed and concerned for my health. Wouldn't recommend.
