Worked wonders! Killed mold and cleaned very well. The one thing I didn’t like was the smell but got passed it. The product did what I needed it to do that’s all that matters!

This product has a wonderful light scent of citrus and of course it cleans and kills all those germs. We use it in a spa. I also bought some for home

So far so good. I used this an electrostatic fogging machine and drastically reduces the microbial buildup and also the sport count.. this is not to be mistaken for a substitute for avoiding any IICRC regulations and guidelines, but for general disinfecting purposes, this solution works great

As previous reviews stated there is a very strong chemical smell to this product. I have use multiple botanical antiviral, anti fungicidal Products for cleaning and disinfecting, mold, related environments I did not think that a high concentration of time All would be a problem since I use low concentrations of this and daily cleaning products. I used in the bathroom and I have felt nauseous and queasy for two days. I believe in his product, so I was hoping it would not be an issue, especially since I am extremely sensitive to mold and rely on using these as I move into new properties that are not maintained. After being gone most of the day, not having a headache nauseous I’m nauseous within 30 minutes of returning to my apartment. I began to Develop a headache and unsettled stomach. If you have a large home with lots of circulation and airflow, it might not be a problem. However, a one bedroom apartment has limited windows So airflow is limited, despite using three different fans, and two air filters. I would not mind a smell, but I did not expect it to physically bother me in terms of a headache and nausea.

I love the smell, love the clean

Very nice scent. Not too strong or chemical smelling.. more light and natural. Kills germs including fungus and safe. Very nice. This particular brand's also has almost 5x the concentration of thymol as competing brands I saw on here for the same price.

The box came kinda open… the top of the gallon remained intact, but the seal underneath was broken, so it leaked all over the plastic bag. Weird. Glad they wrapped it in a plastic bag so the box wasn’t soaked.The smell is strong and unpleasant. Maybe it’s just not my sent, but not ideal. I used it on my carpet and used a carpet cleaner vacuum after I let it sit. Can’t tell if it disinfected anything, but with a smell like that, it has to, right?!
