Hoosier Hill Farm Cheddar Cheese Powder, 1LB (Pack of 1)

I honestly didn’t know how this product would turn out due to some people liking it and some people saying it taste fake, but I found it absolutely spot on.It taste like craft macaroni and cheese and you make it with your own noodles and you can add as little or as much as the powder as you wish I personally like it really cheesy so I use about a tablespoon and a half to 2 tablespoons for 2 cups of pasta. I definitely would recommend giving this a try at at least once.

I actually ordered two of the cheese sauce mix. I got one cheese sauce mix, which is excellent and I use it in a good many sauces, and one of the big daddy Mac mix. I tried the big daddy mix tonight and it makes a really good Mac sauce. Didn’t order it but glad I got it. I’ll be buying more of both.

There's no added salt so it doesn't take like cheese popcorn from a bag exactly. It's a nice addition to plain popcorn though. It doesn't flow freely, sticks together a little bit but I was able put some in a teaspoon and tap and it scattered nicely.

It’s so tasty! I put this on everything! Makes it so I can have quick and easy mac n cheese whenever I want instead of buying the box. It has a more mild sharp cheddar. You don’t need a lot of powder which is nice so this tub can last you a while… but I go through it pretty quickly 😅

yepppppp this is the one. Made Mac and cheese / beef stroganoff / popcorn so far w this delicious gold nectar. 10/10 it’s perfect we have been blessed by cheese gods on this one

I have been ordering their products for several years. So to say I was disappointed when I received a container half the size I normally get would be an understatement. I should have read the entire description before ordering, so my bad, but WOW🙄Their products are always good quality, but I am guessing inflation has hit in what they are putting out big time. I will pay attention to size and quantity in future, but I will consider other brands in future purchases at this ratio.

our favorite cheese powder. my kids love the kraft mac n cheese. but we use this powder and make it ourselves. we have a subscription set up for it and recently started buying the white cheddar also. makes good popcorn also.

This is a very good product. Use with noodles and milk for Mac and cheese or as a flavoring for popcorn. You can get creative in how you use this product. You can bring it camping or where you need a shelf stable alternative.
