I feel more relaxed and tranquil, and I wake up with less body aches, depending on my activities the previous night. Notably, I do not experience pain or discomfort from a long day of work.I appreciate the inclusion of turmeric and ginger root, which I find beneficial. However, I would prefer a more potent turmeric extract, so I add a pinch of pepper to my water before taking the pills.Interestingly, this product has not caused any stomach upset for me, despite not having a gallbladder. Magnesium citrate, on the other hand, does have a negative impact on my stomach.The optimal time to take this product (morning, night, or midday) may vary depending on individual preferences. There is no unpleasant aftertaste or burping sensation associated with it. Overall, I am satisfied with the product’s quality and the purity of its ingredients.
