Y’all!!!!!!!!!! I live in an apartment community and we have a lot of people moving in/out that aren’t the cleanest around me. I have been struggling for years with roaches, but recently it got to the point where I didn’t even want people coming over. EVERY WEEK my management company had Massey coming out and spraying. Finally, they suggested a flush treatment where I (and my pets) would have to be outside of our home for 4-5 hours. Remove everything from kitchen, all the things. I did NOT want to do this because I meant staying in a hotel for a day with my animals.Anyways, fast forward to one on the maintenance guys telling me about this stuff. I put little drops around the water heater, corners of my cabinets, and behind appliances. I had HUNDREDS of baby roaches, they were everywhere, I was mortified. I came home late that night and flipped the lights on in the kitchen expecting scatters of roaches (as per usual) and NOTHING not a SINGLE ROACH to be found!!! All week I have been LOOKING for a single roach (trust me, didn’t have to even look for them before) and can’t find evidence that there was ever a problem. BUY IT!!! 10/10 can’t recommend enough!!!

This solved my problem after two applications. It took out the Americans and the Germans.Best product out there!

This was recommended to me by a friend who is a landlord, he also uses it in his own home and swear by it. It definitely works, but you don't to use a lot. Just little dabs as the instructions say

I put this stuff all over my apartment and haven't seen a roach since. It's like they know what I was putting out and said, "not today, Satan!" In all seriousness, this is the first morning since I moved in that I haven't seen a roach (someone very unclean lived there before me). I doubt the bait has had time to do its job, but I'm going to go ahead and give it the credit. My cable guy actually turned me on to this stuff - also said to re-do the application in 2 weeks so that any babies can be killed as well.

Im in a new house and found out there was a roach problem. Bought this and within a few weeks it got rid of them . I haven't seen any since . Very good product !

It did kill a number but I found a live one scuttling away from me soon after so it's a little half half
