AMAZING customer service. The clock I purchased worked fine for about 6 months but then the alarm started acting up. I contacted the seller and they almost instantly returned the contact (it was literally only a few hours). The seller was extremely professional and was concerned with my problem. After suggestions to fix the problem were not successful, the seller was the one who suggested that it simply replace the item.....and the seller did so almost immediately (within only a few days)!. Never have I had better customer service or what I took as a genuine interest in making sure I was satisfied, even though the price of the clock was not expensive. A++++++ seller that I would not hesitate for a second to order from again!

My wife really liked the color and it helps so much on the counter in the bathroom to help her get ready for appointments etc. She has Dementia and this is better than me reminder frequently about when we need to leave etc etc.

Exactly as pictured. Good-sized, so easy to read and handle...unlike one of the tiny alarm clocks. If you don't want a phone on your night table all night, this works great!

For me this clock works great ! It’s very silent but you can still hear little tick if you pay close attention, if you are very sensitive to tick tick sounds . This clock is not suitable for you so far it’s great for me. Only the price pretty expensive and I think it should cost around from 8- 10 dollars max for the quality.

Works good so far; bought a month ago. Like the color red for my white furniture. Hands are a bit confusing, as there are four of them and same color gold. I wish two main hands were say, for example, white color to see them better, but it's ok, it's not the only time in my room, so we survive.

Quiet & Easy to read!Note: the arms to "not" light up. You press a button on the back to make the face of the clock light up. But other than that... it works perfectly... and I like the looks & design of the light mint/sage green color :)

The green silent/non-ticking alarm clock is working perfectly. The color is as pictured. Easy to use and requires only one battery. It's a small business that has provided excellent customer care and I updated to a lifetime warranty at no cost.

The numbers and divisions on this clock are hard to see at any time but especially at night. The light does okay but reaching around to find the little button makes it awkward in the middle of the night. It looks cute on the nightstand but the face is hard enough to see that it diminishes its practicality. The hands are supposed to be luminous but they're not that I could tell. I ended up replacing this alarm clock with a Seiko.
