Polk AudioHTS 10 Subwoofer, 10-Inch Powered Speaker, Deep Bass, Easy Setup with Home Cinema Systems - White

I was a little hesitant at first buying a non rel sub as my old one had been so good but I've been pleasantly surprised with the polk. It has good functionality with everything you need to connect it up but no high level (speaker binding posts). The colour is white walnut so the grain is visible however the bottom part is white satin which would have been better all over but that's just my preference. In the description it doesn't state that you get the subwoofer grill included but it is and the white walnut finish comes with a grey grill. The quality is good for a sub less than £400. I was a little dubious about getting a sub with a port as I'd only ever had sealed subs before, and I was worried about port chuffing but because the port is down firing and polk has patented power port technology which disperses the air flow in all directions I've been certainly impressed with it. I would recommend it and will be buying a second one soon!
