Important part of my recovery from surgery
I had a total knee replacement - was told to ice my knee several times a day - only snag my freezer had packed up! These ice packs helped me with keeping the knee iced.I was a bit worried about how easy they would be to use as I have arthritis in my hands but I had no problem activating the packs.

Great value but shame about the lack of notification that they were arriving as Box was extremely heavy and I wasn't in but fortunately my neighbour was home and took the package in for me. Had they arrived on the day forecast then someone was home but they came a day earlier which is great some may say but not when you arrange for people to be around to collect post
