This is one of those rare supplements that actually does what it says it is supposed to do, and does it very well. If used correctly this supplement can shorten the duration of an cold / flu and can prevent them from happening in the first place. I can say from years of using this product that it does both. I am naturally a skeptic when it comes to supplements. About 8 years ago I had a flu and happened to have a bottle of Wellness Formula that I had not tried. On the third day of the flu I took a few of these and noticed a dramatic drop in the symptoms of the flu. Since then I said to myself there must be something to it. I have since been taking this as directed at the first sign of symptoms. I also take a few in the winter time to prevent colds and flu. Due to this supplement and a few other changes in my life, I have only been sick 2 or 3 times in the last 8 years.The list of ingredients in this product is amazingly long. Sometimes I will look at the ingredients of a supplement and try to piece together my own formula, but with this supplement because of the length and complexity of the ingredients, that is simply not feasible. I choose to take the tablet form as I find it to be more effective. This wellness supplement is by far the nastiest and stinky supplement ever and the pill is rather large so it can be hard to swallow but this stuff WORKS!I've been taking this for the past 3 years. I started taking it when I had to start commuting to DC and use public transit. The metro can get packed and even with Covid still lingering around there's a lot of people using the Metro. I started taking this to help build my immunity in hopes to not get as sick being exposed to so many people on a daily basis. I started this supplement before Covid was even a thing. Prior to comutting I was working from home and not exposed to many people so I knew my immunity wasn't as strong as it could be and if I didnt take something I'd be sick all the time and I definitely didn't want to bring any sickness back home to my family.My initial reaction to this supplement was eww its nasty and it smells awful. I can't take it with water, I have to take it with juice or something with flavor to keep it down. However, with that being said the benefits outweighs the nastiness. There has been countless time where my co-workers or family have been sick and I don't catch whatever is going around. If I do catch something it's usually when I miss a dose or 2 and the symptoms are mild. As soon as I get symptoms I realize I hadn't taken the supplements and immediately will take it and within a couple of days I'm good.When people were freaking out about Covid. I kept taking this supplement and I never tested positive for Covid. If I did get it, it was mild. Now every body reacts differently to supplements, so this is not a testimony stating it will prevent Covid but it definitely has kept me healthy and anytime I did get sick the symptoms were mild and the illness was short.You couldn't pay me to stop taking this supplement. It has kept me healthier than I would otherwise have been. I definitely recommend this to anyone.

Helps me stay healthy

Too early to rate as it's not due to arrive until 10pm. If it does, I'll get it tomorrow or the next day. But it's a good product at a good price, used before.

Is 12 years from this initial purchase via Amazon and I still take these supplements. A testament to their quality. I tend to use them most when I feel like I’m getting a cold, or I’m trying to get over a cold. There are tablets and capsules I switch back and forth between them. The caplets are a bit large, but you only need to take 3. Highly recommend!

I LOVE this product!! As soon as you feel a scratchy throat, or just starting to feel unwell, you start taking this & liteally, within a day, your feeling better!!The key is, taking it, as soon as you start like feeling something is off!!The only downfall, is, you do need to take 6 pills every 4-5 hours at the beginning, then, after day 1, you can scale back.To some, that may be alot. Doesn’t bother me.Also, once you start feeling better, stop taking it. If you take it all the time, daily, your body will get immune to it & when you start feeling bad, it won’t work .
