Good quality tablet all works fine after one year use no problem an battery last long

What an utter waste of 2 days! Plug the thing in, set it all up, install my software, all looking good, then try to use it on battery and it dies, recharge it and it dies again. Run a battery checker (I’m no IT geek but that was a simple check!) and low and behold battery has 14% of the capacity it should have!!! These things are supposed to be checked by the seller and guaranteed at 80+% capacity. CLEARLY NOT IN THIS CASE. maybe you’ll get lucky and get a good one, it’s a perfectly good laptop otherwise. Oh and Amazon customer service can’t supply a replacement battery so now I have to waste another day uninstalling all my stuff, removing all my data and waiting in for UPS to collect it! Very bad experience overall :(

I recently purchased this laptop and have been throughly impressed with its performance, features and condition. I came here looking for a portable and powerful laptop and this laptop was the answer with an affordable price☺️. Battery life is about 1H30m -2Hour I don’t really care about that because im mostly home anyway and i use huge softwares.

I received the Elitebook laptop as a next day delivery as promised. I was impressed with the quality, speed and features as described by the seller. The functionality of the laptop is excellent as well. I recommend this laptop.

The media could not be loaded. I purchased this laptop a few weeks ago as a student who will use it for programming purposes. Right out of the box, this did come with the Amazon Renewed Guarantee and I saw the charger looked pretty bad. I’m disappointed that they couldn’t give me a regular charger especially for the price I paid.The screen seemed to be replaced and it looks as though they damaged the computer while doing so. The same can be said for the SSD currently in this computer. The dents near the camera on the front of the computer and the marks and stains on the back of the computer are disappointing. This computer was very dirty when I got it and I spent a fair amount of time attempting to deep clean it. It looked like someone had maybe spilled coffee on it before as well.Overall it runs alright but I feel as though the “excellent” quality on my renewed product should be more of a “good quality.” I may be a bit critical here but I have purchased renewed products in the past listed in worse condition but they arrived better than this. The processor speed seems to be what was listed. Battery life is as expected for a used business laptop. Really just wish it didn’t have the dings and wasn’t so dirty when I got it and that it would have had a normal charger.Maybe this is all the risk you get buying something renewed but I am still a bit disappointed.

Laptop stopped working within 2 months. Was initially repaired, then broke again within 12 months of its return to me. Company refusing to refund as 1 month over warranty - but it was with them being repaired for part of the year. Would not use this company again.

Received quickly and looks like new, works really well with good battery life.
