I was initially rather skeptical of these pills, but having gone through a 13-hour time zone shift twice (round trip) while taking these, I experienced no jet lag at all. I was also taking some Dramamine during the flight to sleep (as best one can on an airplane, anyway), but I still did my best to take JetZone at the recommended intervals when I could. I used 5 pills on each flight (spread across one 12-hour flight and one 3-hour flight), and when I landed, I was able to sleep when night fell without any problems, and woke up surprisingly energetic the following morning, despite the fact that day and night were basically reversed for my internal clock. I'm not sure if it was the Dramamine or the JetZone or a combination of both; I guess I should have tried taking only the JetZone to experiment, though for what it's worth I only took one Dramamine on the way back along with the 5 JetZone, and still had the same results (able to sleep, waking up energetic).So with all that being said, I would recommend JetZone for people trying to avoid jet lag. The pills are also easy to take and have a nice refreshing citrus-y flavor when you chew them. The cost is may seem a bit high, but for the number of pills you get and the effectiveness, I'd say it's worth it.

I have used JetZone for at least 10 years. When I remember to take it as directed it works beautifully. I arrive feeling good and am able to go to bed in the new time zone. It helps me adjust to the new time zone immediately without the lag I experience without JetZone. I started using it when I traveled regularly to Romania for California. Usually a 20 hour travel time to my destination in Romania. However, it works just as well on my US trips to the east coast from California. The 3 hr time change can be just as disorienting as Europe. JetZone make my entire time with family on the east coast useful. Thanks so much for a great product.

No jet lag and prevent jet lag all homeopathic remedies work like a charm. I would not even consider an international flight without these remedies. Prior to their discovery, it would take three days to recover from the travel where as with this one feels normal right away!

Meh! Not sure if it really worked…took as directed for flight to Paris and didn’t notice any difference. Still had to nap first day arrived!

Our family has been using Jet Zone for decades now and wouldn't go on an overseas trip without it. I have no idea how it works, but it does! We never suffer from jet lag. It makes a big difference in how quickly we hit the ground running whether going or coming home. When traveling with friends we usually purchase and extra box to share with them so they will also not have jet lag!

Worked great for our African Safari trip and our Scotland trip as well. While we were a little tired given the flight length, we were not messed up between day and night.
