Yes, it was easy to put together. Good material and very happy with it.

Q: does the tray just sit on the table or does it actually attach to it so it doesnt fall off easily

The removable tray nests atop a slightly smaller, attached, flat table top. It is very secure and does not move around at all. This year is well designed and nice looking. I recommend it.
