Great experience from start to finish!The fireplace arrived before expected and in perfect condition.The instructions were relatively easy to follow and all the assembly items were there, including extra screws washers etc., I'm an older personand managed to put it together in just over an hour although my younger sister came round at the last stages and put the top shelf on and helped install the heater into the fireplace.A nice touch is the concealed switch and buttons, (just pull the top slat down gently to reveal them) and the whispers of flame licking around the logs.If ever flamme make a fireplace like this, that has heated glass and the occasional crackling sound along with the heater at the bottom of the fireplace instead of at the top I'd be seriously interested.Overall a lovely fireplace, a lot of thought went into this.Well done, we love it!!

Firstly, the fire and surround came really really fast, ordered Monday arrived Tuesday at 15 :10 was unpacked, checked off and working by 16:30 . Looks absolutely amazing, the flames have 4 settings the one in the picture is no 3 but there is 1 to 4. For the money paid worth every penny. So happy we choose this one. Looks nice with light on or off, but when the flames are on makes the house so cosy. Tried the heat both settings turn out good heat and not noisy really with to on you don’t even notice it on. One last think not a scratch or dint anywhere, it simply perfect.

Fireplace was the dark brown and grey, very nice build. Everything so easy to fix in place and seems very strong. The actual electric fire is much bigger than most I’ve seen makes it seem more real. Flame effects are really nice and has four settings. Colours of flames nice and size of flames really good. Also when white led switched on adds effect. The mantle was the last piece out box and had big split in it. Used the pen they supply with fireplace and worked very well but still could be seen if you knew was there. Called their customer care line and the gentleman I spoke to was so helpful. Didn’t want the mantle returned or photos I had takenTo prove damage. He told me would order one right away and when I might receive item. Item arrived on time well wrapped and everything all ok. Fireplace and service was top notch. Thankyou for such a great experience.

Came in 2 boxes, fire and fireplace. Fireplace needed put together, we got someone to do it properly, lots of bits, but fits together perfectly. Absolutely beautiful! The fire has 2 settings, and you can alter the temperature, it's fan heat. It looks spectacular in place, very well made, very fast delivery, faster than notified, it came 2 days early, delivered and signed for with Ups.May update but as of it being made up today, and turned on etc and it's Summer, so not really required at the minute.

Easy to put together for a confident d.i.y er , looks lovely and it’s well built , gives off good heat and the led light adds that extra bit of wow . Bought as not buying logs anymore due to price increases.

Bought this fireplace after looking at lots of them , amazing value for the price, there was a small part faulty however seller set out straight away next day no problem the fire is really nice and really modern, easy enough to put together

Arrived earlier than expected comes in in two boxes one heavy the other a bit lighter with plenty of protection (although a little too muchpolystyrene for my liking)within to keep every thing safe.Assembly is straight forward all hardware is clearly marked the instructions (diagrams)are clear but a couple of the parts are not correctly identified there are not two F’s for example after a little confusion on my part it becomes clear.The fire when built looks quality the flame effect is realistic the remote although in my opinion looks a bit cheap but controls every thing very well from heating to flame effect ETC.my only real criticism is the way the fire its self is attached to the surround with 8 very small screws not easy to explain but I think when you get one yourself it will become self explanatory.Final thoughts its well worth the money ,it’s looks good ,it gives off a substantial heat and is quiet to boot so I would certainly recommend it family & friendsI like it I like it a lot!
