Extremely accurate
It's a Sharp, so the quality is there. It's well constructed, and it looks great. Setting and forgetting is awesome, and I'm now a fan of atomic clocks. It took overnight for it to initially (and automatically) set the time, but once it set, it's been dead accurate since then. It even adjusted itself for DST today. The glow-in-the-dark hands and numbers work great in the dark as long as you provide adequate lighting to charge the phosphor coating. It doesn't take much.

Atomic Glow In The Dark
Purchased this to replace a clock in the bathroom. Easy to see anytime, but not real bright at night. Atomic clocks are great!

Perfect for the garage
Nice clock, big face, big easy to read fluorescent numbers. Arrived quickly with no damage and is perfect for out in the garage.

Seems accurate, automatically updates time, numbers do not really glow in the dark
I originally got the version with the gray face but the white numbers did not show up against.I returned it and got the version with the black face. The white numbers show up fine against the black face. But do not get either version if the glow in the dark feature matters. The numbers glow faintly for a few minutes after you turn the lights off but then fade away. The clock does update the time from the NBS radio transmission and it automatically does the EST to DST switch in the Fall and the Spring.

Not so good a "glow in the dark" clock
I have several La Crosse Technology clocks, they all are excellent "Atomic Analog Wall clocks that keep perfect time and automaticlly adjust for daylight savings time. However none have a glow in the dark feature that I wanted to take advantage of during the night. After following the guide line of exposing the clock to a bright light for at least 2 days, then attempting to be able to view the clock's time at night, I found that I was not able to easily tell the time during the night. I did find that having a directed light on the clock at night made it bright enoug to determing the time, and concluded that I need to mount a directed light on the clock to cause the hands of the clock go glow with sufficient brightness to see at night. I'm still working on how to mont the directed light so that it doesn't block seeing the clock.

Just what you need to exactly set the time on your automatic watch.
I had a version of this clock for over ten years, and it gave up the ghost recently. Since I use this clock to set my watches every day, I was really missing the familiar tick tick noises. When I saw there was a glow in the dark version, I jumped on it. After installing the battery it took about an hour and the clock synched up and has been running just fine. The glow in the dark lasts for hours. If you are looking for a very accurate clock that grows in the dark this is the clock for your.

Underwhelming Experience
I have some glow in the dark stars on my bedroom ceiling and walls. A glow in the dark, radio synchronized clock seemed like a great addition.I was surprised by how long this thing took to synchronize itself. I have other radio synchronized clocks that just do their thing and acquire the signal within a few hours no matter where they are in the house. It took a little diddling around and more than a day for this to sync up.The glow in the dark clock face is nothing to get excited about. It glows for about ten or fifteen minutes at most before fading away into nothing. With only my room lights to charge them up, some of the glowing stars on my bedroom ceiling will go through the whole night.Worst of all is the noise made by the movement. If it was just a repetitive ticking, I could easily live with that. As the second hand moves along, the ticking noise changes every so often. At various points, it makes any of a louder tick, a clicking sound or a soft thud (at the top of the minute). I'd send this back for that reason alone, but it's not worth the trouble. I'll just find another place to use this clock where the noises it makes don't matter.
