Love this item. Makes shave ice just like a snow cone machine. I can shave ice and put it in baggie in the freezer for future use. Takes very little effort to use. Does make a little bit of a watery mess, but I just put a towel underneath. I would purchase again without hesitation. Kids love the snow cones for a summer treat and I like the ice in my Pina Coladas.

This makes the perfect shaved ice. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because it’s hard to fit a cup under it and when you use the bowl you can’t put very much. Easy to use and not super loud imo. Would buy if you’re an ice eater like me!

Only had it for a few days, but very pleased so far. This machine seems well built, and it turns ice cubes into fluffy snow almost instantly. It comes with some ice cube trays, but they're not required. We're just using the ice from our ice maker. Before purchasing this, I bought a different machine primarily made of plastic. One piece of that one broke during assembly. The ice it produced was coarse, and it was very slow. I'm so glad I returned that and purchased this. I can't speak to durability yet, but it works great!

The media could not be loaded. What an amazing summer find! This was beyond what I was expecting! It is a bit a noisy, but who cares? If course it's going to make noise, it's literally crushing ice! Perfect for snow cones or cocktails. It works very fast and produces a lot of ice. It's not super fine, but does the job better than anything I've seen. You can use the ice tray it comes with, but let's be real, it would never be enough. I bought a bag of ice and used it. For best results, place a towel under the machine, it's going to get wet. I used a bigger bowl than what came with it because I was making a lot. It looks commercial, classy and fits perfectly in any cabinet. There is no way anyone could they purchasing this machine. Best feature is that you can't over stuff it or it won't start. You're Gonna Love It!
