Box damaged. Unit was unlocked on arrival it was pre-owned. Software will not program it.
Previously owned and programing cable broken(i'm a serial comm professional) I contacted TYT and they only insisted on installing the drivers which had nothing to do with my issue. After responding back to them they went dark and I never received an answer back. I setup a return with amazon and they sent a replacement. The stock programing software does NOT communicate with the radio. I had to spend another $47 dollars to buy programming software and a new cable from a 3rd party supplier not on amazon. Wasted 3 days of my life on this thing. So if you buy the radio plan on spending another $47-$60 on software that can program it.
