I love this thing. I've had knee pain for several months due to an arthritic kneecap. Along with using sports tape for support, this pack has been invaluable to give pain relief while at work in a busy kitchen.I chose an XL one, which I think was a wise move. I can stick it over my uniform pants for speedy relief and because it stays comfortably in place, I can continue to work with it on.It's very comfortable and stays cold for a surprisingly long time. It comes with a press and seal bag to keep your icepack tidy and in good condition when in the freezer, which I really appreciate.I would recommend and would certainly buy again, indeed I might, so that I also have one available at home.

Used after a new knee operation.For the first three weeks I used a Cyro Cuff gravity cooler while I spent a lot of time in bed away from a fridge or freezer. That worked well but when I spent more time downstairs nearer our freezer this was much easier to use. I found it more encompassing around the whole knee and a bit colder. It has one side with a soft covering and one without , so it could be used with two slightly different temperatures. We bought three in the end so we always had a cold one ready even if we didn’t pop the used ones straight back in the freezer. We put them on top of each other in the freezer putting the warm one on top of the other two and taking the next one to be used from the bottom. That way we were not unthawing food in the freezer each time we put a used one in.Couldn’t have been more pleased with them. Would highly recommend. Kept swelling at bay throughout and I am still using them occasionally six weeks after the operation. I haven’t yet used them in warm mode prior to exercising but might try that soon. I imagine they would work equally as well in that way.

I had trochleoplasty and MPFL reconstruction on my knee. After two weeks of suffering with a Sh1tty ice pack, I decided to give this a try . I was so skeptical at first and didn't think it would retain the cold for long. However, after 2 hours in the freezer I set a timer as soon as it went on my leg. It lasted 30 mins surprisingly, and still had enough cold for another 10 minutes when turning it to it's rubbery side. I would recommend this someone. However, afew cons.It can be quite bulky, and not that flexible when very cold, so if your knee is very sensitive, try using it without wrapping it fully around your knee. Otherwise the pressure is very uncomfortable.The bag it comes with to put in the freezer is very small and you have to scrunch it just to get it in. This adds to the reason of it being too bulky and stiff when wanting to use.All in all. It's pretty decent, and soft.I've yet to try it for a month to see how long it actually lasts. But first time use was a good experience.

I ordered this for my husband as he has recently had a full knee replacement surgery and he says he gets more relief from this than his pain medication The ice pack features adjustable straps, allowing the user to secure it comfortably around their knee. This ensures the pack stays in place during movement, providing consistent therapy and although it may only stay cold for 20 to 30 minutes my husband loves it

Got this i stead of using an ice pack that wont stay in place. I love it, just freeze, then strap to your knee. Takes 2 hrs to freeze. Straps and velcro seem hard wearing and durable

I recently had a full knee replacement had previously other ice pack which just rested on knee. Saw this and decided it would be great for after the surgery. The product is amazing it fit is perfect and easy to use . And it transfer the cold to the area that really helps with the pain relief after exercises that go with after knee replacement. It is well made and comfortable on . No problem recommending it .

No complaints about quality, however, I didn’t find it ideal size for a 75kg woman’s knee. It comes out of the freezer firm- Recommend you shape it around a frozen water bottle.Once it warms enough to shape well to the knee, it doesn’t stay cold for more than one 20min session. Buying 2 is a bit expensive - there are better alternatives for that price

Great buy, fits snuggly around the knee/leg and is comfortable. Really helps with my chronic knee pain. I would have given 5 stars if only it would stay cold for longer
