This is a nicely made unit, good instructions for installation and a wide range of effects, also has a useful feature of powering and controlling an external led strip, magnetic surround fixing is clever and seems quite secure. Log and crystal options are nice, the logs especially creating a very realistic look, not sure I'll ever use the crackling fire sounds but it was a fun novelty to try. All in all a nice unit and I'm pleased I went for this rather than some of the cheaper units available.

Beautiful fire. The only thing that lets it down is the final surround around the edges. It’s magnet and does not sit 100% in areas. It’s a pity because it’s just not adequate

The media could not be loaded. After a few weeks researching electric fires I opted for this one due to the number of 5* reviews! It was really helpful knowing what feedback was from other purchasers and photos/videos. It arrived in a few days and my builder confirmed my choice as he thought it looks really good quality and was easy to fit. I love the range and colour combinations. It gives the room a relaxing calm atmosphere. I didn’t want the logs in. They made it look like a Vivarium!! So it has crystals and coal effect chips. It’s quite a narrow fuel bed so those supplied were more than sufficient for the display. I’m thrilled with my purchase!! Would highly recommend

I like the fact that you can have this fire on with the crackling sound if required. Makes the room feel cosy. Many different types of flame. Easy to fit in our media wall.
