This brand has a LOT of the tuneric extract that is standardized to 95% curcuminoids. This is "the juice" that gives the benefits of the supplement.It also includes ginger and black pepper extract... critical ingredients to help absorb it and for it to work in the body.I rarely recommend "brands" because not every brand gets every supplement right... but this brand did well with the tumeric blend!Ive been using blends like this for years to kick my "ibuprophen habit" for aches and pains.It takes 3-5 days to build up in the body, so you wont notice a "sudden" effect. One day you will just realize the aches and pains... kinda arent achey and painey any more.Also, if you stop taking it... expect in 3-5 days they will all come back.I swear by this, and I try to order before I run out, as sometimes its out of stock.If I feel achey, I will take a second or third dose (each dose is 3 capsules). I rarely have needed to do this, but will sometimes take extra when I have to work overnight to help prevent feeling the wear and tear I know is coming. I rarely get headaches, but this helps when I do instead of an NSAID.I take a lot of supplements, (like a handful) and I find a protein shake or something thicker than water helps get them down easier. Also having a cracker to chase them helps too.

Awesome product. I have been taking as a daily supplement for a couple of years now and I have noticed that I do not have the inflammation in my joints that I previously had and there are other areas that I have noticed improvements in my daily health. I like the Qunol brand and trust the quality of their ingredients. Highly recommended.

It would be difficult to leave a video review of this product unless you're into watching me swallow a pill. That said, I swallow this capsule every day. It's not too big, so it goes down easily, and the combination of turmeric and ginger works well for me. On days when I forget to take it (and I do sometimes), I can feel a difference - I move a little slower. But when I do take it, I have a little more pep in my step. I'm happy to report that I will continue to order this, and I appreciate the great quality.

It was fine at first. Subscribed to receive this product but second bottle sent was not good. The product came out of the capsules and it was inside the bottle. Not sure if dosage is correct as some capsules are defective and product has released all over the other capsules. Just emailed manufacturer about this defect on the capsules not closing properly or have damage. Other than that no complaints. I don't see it having any side effects nor good effects either. Other bottle before my first order was bought at Costco (not defective).
