This has a great berry taste and is easy to chew. As a woman in menopause, this has helped me sleep better and relax more. I have a lot less tossing and turning at night. I trust this brand.

Great flavor and very gentle but effective at relaxation. Take 1 to relax, 2 for sleep. Though I've seen studies that use 1000-1200 mg for severe anxiety. You would have to build up to that dose for sure

I take these along with Ashwagandha tea and I can feel a difference in my mood, it's amazing. I suffer from moments of anxiety and stress, and since I've been using Ashwagandha products, I feel calm and at ease, even during stressful times.

Happy with the taste and overall performance. Same complaint as others they get bunched up but I learned if you tip it upside down it’s so much easier to get out.

This is my second time ordering these gummies great taste but this time when I ordered the gummies they seems a little dried out and chewy.

I thought that the first time this happened i may have just picked up a defected bottle but this is my second time ordering this and nothing changed. the gummies have a very hard consistency and all of them clump together in the bottle making it very hard for them to come out. will never be buying from this brand again.

I think I cant go to bed without them - I seem to sleep so much better and deeper - I also love the gummies instead of tablet form.
