I got this device after my Dermatologist closed her clinic due to COVID19. I was halfway through getting skin tightening treatments in her clinic by a company called EndyMed. The treatments were going really well and I was happy with my results so when the clinic closed I was super disapointed. That's when my Derm recommended NEWA. She said it was powered by the same technology as the professional Endymed system she used in my treatments.I was a bit skeptical but decided to go ahead and buy it since it’s a fraction of the cost of the in-clinic treatments and decided I would put it to the test. For two weeks I treated just one side of my face so I could compare my results and I have to say I was stunned with the difference!My marionnette lines on the side that I treated basically disapeared!!!One thing I will say is that it's a gradual process and you have to put in the time for it to work.

This device is useless.I bought it for my birthday but traveled right after, so I tried to use it when I was back just to realize it didn’t work at all. Unfortunately it was over 30 days and I couldn’t return it.The creams smell awful. I usually don’t like to leave bad reviews but I hope that with this one I can help other buyers stay away from this device.

I just started using this but it is light weight and designed to fit your hand.

DON'T BUY IT. It fails after a couple of months. I returned my first one before due date for returns. Another one was sent, and now around 2-3 months later, it has died. NOW it is too late to return because the original purchase date started the countdown, not the date that the second was sent to me. Not worth it.

I bought this device mid April 2020. It worked great for about a month and a half, but I noticed that it wasn't heating up like it did. It is now mid June and will only heat for a few minutes then stop. Wouldn't you know it would quit working after the return policy expired. I am really disappointed. This is not an inexpensive device.

My NEWA arrived with an EMPTY activator gel container. I am not sure if there is a manufacturing issue or if they sent me one that is technically a return. I cannot find a way to get help from the manufacturer.It does work, but I have not tested it for effectiveness.

Been using this product for about two weeks. I'm in my mid 60s, so I do have a few wrinkles. I must say, I've been pleased w the product. I saw results the 1st time I used it. My skin is smoother and I do see some wrinkle reduction. It's pretty labor intensive, takes about 40 minutes for my entire routine. If you have difficulty holding your arm up or carpel tunnel it may not be for you, as you must move the item around the treatment area until it heats up the skin and do a certain amount of time, 4 min I think, so u will get a hand/arm workout. For the most part, I really like this product, I'm pleased that I have seen some wrinkle reduction. It supposedly comes with a 1 mo supply of gel. The gel is very expensive which is something of a downside, and why I gave it four stars. I would recommend this item and certainly would purchase it again.

The wrinkle on my neck disappeared after a week of use. My face muscles are tightened and skins are plumped. It’s worth every penny!
