My new washing machine hopelessly wrinkles my daughter's cheer uniforms and the iron hates me. I bought this hoping it was an easier solution. It heats up very quickly, in seconds. The wrinkles only require a couple passes. I was very impressed and relieved to have found a solution. I wish the hole to pour the distilled water into wasa little larger. It is a bit heavy, and hanging them on my shower rod to steam was giving my shoulders quite the work out, but I bet I could hang on door and even pull up a chair if needed.

Nice quality product. Easy to use and substantial. Reservoir is larger than many. Works well. Very satisfied. 😊

Bought this steamer because I like the idea of being able to use it 2 ways. This steamer really gives a lot of good, hot steam! Heats up very fast. The size is perfect to hold, and I don’t have to worry about burning myself. It feels solid, durable. Time will tell. It functions much better than others I’ve tried, no spitting water. The water chamber holds a good amount of water. It does make an odd growling(?) sound now and then, but it’s working. Get a nice, smooth finish with this, no wrinkling. Note there is no on/off switch. It’s on when you plug it in, so make sure there’s water in the chamber before you plug it in. And it stays HOT for a bit after you unplug it. Wait for it to cool down before removing the water container and brush if that needs cleaning off.

Very pleased with the Bear steamer. I had recently bought a shirt from Amazon that arrived wrinkled beyond recognition. With a little work, this unit made the shirt look proper and presentable. The unit is very well built, almost a little heavy with extended use, but I'm not going to deduct this from the review. This thing could survive multiple drops without breaking, I'm sure.

I had to go over and over again to get the folds from the Amazon tightly wrapped drapes, (how long they could have been in the wrapping?), but it was worth it. Made many trips to sink to refill water, but my new drapes look absolutely lovely. I did sheer embroideried curtains on their back side first, when you are short and doing long drapes/curtains..your arm can get really tired. It was easier to do it when they were hung up on the rod so they didn't wrinkle more. They look spectacular!!! All wrinkles came out. Arm really ached doing 6 long panels.

I don’t have much to compare it to, but I’ve always wanted a steamer so I tried this one. I really have zero complaints. I actually steamed an entire wedding dress with it that I used as a costume piece and it seems to do the job on all types of fabrics, including the heavy satin of the dress. It’s small enough to pack so I’ve taken it with me on road trips and I like having this on hand because I don’t always like to get the ironing board out. I think the water reservoir is easy to fill. It doesn’t leak or drip the steam is very consistent. It’s not, easy to burn yourself. It’s all around go to for me now. The only thing I am confused about is the light on it the indicator light I don’t know what it means when it turns on or off, but honestly, it doesn’t matter. I pulled the trigger. It seems what I need to get the job done. I think it’s worth the price. It’s a good value for what it is and I don’t see any reason to get a different steamer anytime in the near future.

The head of the steamer is heavy, the water tank is small, and the hole to put the water in is very small. You need a funnel. The good thing is that the water gets hot fast.

Steamer does a great Job, heats up quickly, easy to use
