I've been looking for an Omega 3 capsule for a while that fitted the bill. I've been taking these for about 1 month and really like them.I take the 2 capsules with my breakfast which stop any fishy after taste I've had with other capsules.I've been doing a fair bit of excercise and have found my knees etc are no aching which is a bonus.My main intention for taking these is to improve brain function, this will take a while to see any results I suspect but should hopefully see an improvement in the next month or so.I had cause to contact customer services, the reply time and resolution offered was second to none. Excellent friendly staff waiting to help with any questions you might have.I've recommended these to my family who have made purchases and will continue to recommend.Will be buying again without doubt.

Good quality product with excellent high strength. Capsules are, like others, large so can feel a little hard to swallow. No after taste. Good ethos of company.

When I was young, in a galaxy far far away, my mother used to give me a desert spoonful of cod liver oil every day (yuk!) before we could get it in capsule form.Having recently seen an episode of BBC TV's 'Trust Me I'm A Doctor' programme on the benefits of dietary omega-3 which showed that taking Omega-3 fish oil capsules was as effective as eating oily fish I decided to, once gain, supplement my diet, which regularly contains oily fish, with fish oil capsules. The programme stressed the importance of having DHA and EPA rich oils and used capsules containing 1500 mg of these oils.I was impressed with the specification of Aava Labs capsules, which exceeded the above and am looking forward to reaping the benefits.The cost of the capsules was reasonable and the delivery very quick, plus the customer service follow-up was excellent. Aava Labs are obviously proud of their products.

I take these with pqq and coq10 (kaneka variety is the best), as both are fat soluble.Not sure what I can say here but I got it for that dreaded time of life women in their late 40's onwards start with, before the other big dreaded thing hits them.I want as many natural alternatives as possible, I got this for my brain, the hot flushes and for my bones regarding that dreaded big O thing that can hit women during that dreaded time of life (but I've also been taking magnesium for many years, and vitamin d alongside k-you need to take vitamin k with vitamin d folks!).But I also got them for my cognitive function, and alongside other supplements-really want to be as natural as possible-sage and rosemary.But also the Coq10 is also very good for people in their mid 40''s-look this up and see what you find!I find these capsules are helping, they are a little big to swallow but I take them with a large glass of water.

These fish oil capsules are brilliant, they are easy to swallow and there is no aftertaste nor do they repeat on me. They are truly the best I have ever had. Plus the source of the fish oil is displayed on the label unlike other products where the source is not displayed which I find dishonest. I really like Aavalab products plus their customer service is brilliant. The products are top quality, they use the best resources available and are true value for money. I will continue purchasing from them. They are a great company to deal with.

To start with as mentioned before, I love the branding, and the company story. On point guys! Secondly, my husband is a bodybuilder in the classics division, trains extremely hard and thus needs to take 6000mg every day, we used to purchase the fish oils from a mainstream company but upon researching fully the quality etc we realised the mg and ingredients weren't that quality you'd expect. When we opened the tub the difference in just smell alone was enough to tell us that we've found a quality product and now instead of having to swallow 18 fish oil capsules to hit his quota he swallows just 6.

I take Omega-3 fish oil supplements for the convincing research based health benefits of these nutrients , and have been doing so for approx 18 months - 2 years . I have used products from other companies but i really believe that this Aava Labs product is the best on the market for the money , considering its formulation .Aava Labs promote it as " The Gold Standard natural fish oil concentrate " . Well i agree and from my initial order of a 2 month supply i have just ordered a further 6 month supply ( heres hoping the multi-buy promotions continue ! )
