Nezhin Delicious Rassolnik Soup with Pickled Cucumbers, Made from Fresh and Refined Sunflower Oil, No Added Preservatives, 450 Grams/15.9oz Pack of 1

This soup was so good that I can't believe it comes from a jar! It's excellent eaten vegetarian by just adding water and heating or by reconstituting into a more traditional form by adding bone broth and meat. While it doesn't taste like pickles per say, they give the broth a unique, sour flavor. Depending on the manufacturing lot you receive, there is also a bit of history here. Mine was manufactured in the middle of the 2022 Russian invasion as they were struggling to keep working despite being nearly surrounded earlier in the year with access roads cut off as Russian troops unsuccessfully tried to capture Kyiv. Anyway, this is a great product and I highly recommend it! Serve with a dollop of sour cream on top.
